Growing up, some of my favorite memories were going to Farmer Bob's Pumpkin Patch. I loved the hay rides out to the fields where we could pick our own pumpkin. Last year, we didn't take Parker to a pumpkin patch so this year I made the extra effort to find one. While it wasn't quite like the awesome pumpkin patch I had growing up, Parker seemed to enjoy it. His first reaction when he saw all the pumpkins was to begin yelling out "Ball! Ball!" over and over again. Once we told him it was a pumpkin, he tried his very best to say pumpkin instead. It was too cute watching him try.
The first thing we did was try to hunt for the right pumpkin. Parker liked the little ones that he could carry easily.
This was the biggest pumpkin that Parker could manage to carry, but he didn't hold it for long.
We took him around in a wagon for awhile and stuffed it full of pumpkins. I think he would have kept them all if we would have let him.
As you can see, Parker doesn't have much patience with mazes, especially when he couldn't find his way out!

Aww! He has so much personality! I love the hay maze pictures!
Isn't it so much fun to watch them explore and take them to experience new things. That is probably my favorite thing to do with Ethan, plus it keeps my life a little more exciting too!
What cute pictures. I love fall and halloween. Parker is growing up so fast. I can't wait to see him at Christmas.
looks like you guys had so much fun. I'm sad that we didn't get to go. Maybe Brian and I will try and get out to a pumpkin patch next weekend. :)
ahhhh!!! this is so cute. Parker is getting more and more personality as he gets older and it really shows in his pictures. These are such fun memories for you guys :)
How cute! I love it!!
halloween is such a fun? time for kids. Our secret password this year is abracadabra. (to get a full sized candy bar). Wish you were here.
What fun to have your whole family doing blogs.
Love ya loads
Here's the real question Grandma - Are you going to mail me a candy bar if I say abracadabra? Ha ha... I really wish I was there. It would be lots of fun for Parker to have a neighborhood to trick-or-treat in.
