Merry Christmas!!!!!!

Parker had a wonderful first Christmas.  He experienced lots of new things and he has been having lots of fun with his cousin, Ethan.  Here are a few pictures from our vacation so far.  I'm sure I will be adding more later!

Sitting Up

Parker sat up on his own for the first time today.  He tested out his skills again with the ladies at the Ward Christmas Party.  Here is what happened:

We caught him playing spin the bottle with this little girl.  She is over 8 months old and Parker just reached 6 months.  We have a big boy.

Parker started to feel overwhelmed being surrounded by girls and looked to his dad for help.

When all else failed, he cried.

He thinks girls have cooties.

Almost Home for the Holidays!

We will be home for the holidays in one week!  Yay!  In the meantime, here is Parker's first picture with Santa.  He was smiling, but I missed getting it on camera by a second!  Oh well.  He had fun with the candy cane that Santa gave him.

Trip to Colorado

Parker and I took our very first visit to Colorado!  Poor Greg had to stay behind in Rexburg because he had school.  Aunt Sharon, Madison, and Hensley were kind enough to let us come on the road trip.  We had a blast!  It was great getting to visit with everyone.  Madison was a HUGE help with Parker.  I think she held him more often than even I did while we were in Colorado!  Greg was pretty excited when we finally came home.  Here are some pictures of our trip.

Great Grandma and Grandpa Orgill were thrilled to have Parker visit them!  As you can see, he is very happy about being in Colorado.

Parker left his teething ring on his face.  It was so funny!  He didn't even care that it was there.  I got big smiles out of him when I kissed his lips while the ring was around them.

Halloween Costume

Parker is going to by a lion for Halloween!  He is SO excited!  My little cousin Hensley was kind enough to let Parker borrow his costume.  We had thought about getting him a monkey costume, but once we saw this costume and how much fun Parker was having wearing it, we knew he had to be a lion for Halloween.  I think what Parker likes most is that he finally has hair on his head!

Parker's Blessing Day

Parker was blessed on July 1, 2007 by his daddy. Here are some pictures of him on his big day.

Parker Ray Nelson

Yay! He's finally arrived! Parker Ray Nelson was born on May 31st at 4:50 a.m. He was 8lbs and 20 1/4 inches long. After 21 hours of labor, the doctor decided he wasn't going to come out on his own, so I had a C-section. Very scary! Anyway, here are some pictures for you to enjoy!
