Swings

A couple of weeks ago, we put Devri in a swing for her first time. We were prepared for the same reaction that Parker has always given us... unsure at first then slowly leading into HATE. Imagine our surprise when Devri absolutely LOVED it! I was hesitant to push her too much in it the first time, afraid that she would change her mind. Well, she's done it several times since then and her love of swings has not decreased. I finally remembered to bring my camera last time we went. Forgive me for the plethora of swing pictures, I'm making up for not being able to do this with Parker. Ha ha!

And this is all I was able to get out of Parker, who by the way, will still not get into a swing by himself, at least not happily.

I remember the first time I put your mom in a swing, she didn't like it either.

She looks so happy in that swing! Glad she likes it, it can keep her happy and occupied while Parker plays!

Devri is definitely a Stauffer (what with the tongue thing -- her grandma great and her grandpa).
She does look like she enjoys the swing. Parker may change his mind eventually.

Love you

OH my goodness she is such a beautiful little lady! So cute! I love her fuzzy hair! parker may end up liking the swing one day. Eli hated it too and now loves it but Scottsen has loved it from the start. So funny these little personalities! Your kids are so darn cute. Wish we'd had a chance to see them before you moved off yonder. Jk

Where is this playground? Is it close to your house? Love and kisses

Yep! This playground is close to our house. We have three parks nearby, but this one is probably the farthest away of the three, but it's our favorite. We typically drive to it, but it's not bad because sometimes I'll jog home while Greg drives the kids back.
