Over the River and Through the Woods...

To grandmother's house we go!... okay, so it was more like "over to the airport and through the plane" but who cares how we got there!  The point is that we made it to Huntington Beach to visit Greg's grandparents!  We got there Friday night and Parker was immediately friendly with his great grandparents!  I thought for sure that he would be shy at first, but I was wrong.  Of course, they did a great job of making us feel right at home and Parker had fun playing with their toys.  The next morning, we took a trip over to the beach where Parker made his first sand castle!

Newport Beach Temple with my old roommate Camille and her boyfriend Field
Great Grandma Fafara with Parker (his constant face he makes for the camera!)
Milkshakes at Ruby's at the end of the Huntington Beach Pier!  Yum!

One more funny face for the camera!
All in all, we had a great trip!  Thanks Great Grandma and Grandpa Fafara!

Don't you love the carving above the door of the temple? We were there for the Open House, it is so beautiful inside!

How fun, it looks like you guys are enjoying your summer! We want to go to California for a vacation but neither of us have been there before so we're afraid we'd get completely lost.

I love the "blog feed" function you added, its the best. It saves so much time checking others' blog :)

I'm so jealous of all these cool beaches! I bet it will be hard to leave them to come back to Rexburg, but I'm excited you guys are coming back! Oh, and I love your blog background, it's very cute.
